Key points of safety inspection of on-site piling machinery

in recent years, the scale of capital construction across the country has been expanding. There are more and more large-scale projects such as urban high-rise buildings, bridges, highway overpasses, elevated highways, elevated light rails, subways and other modern transportation facilities. In foundation construction, different kinds of construction machinery are needed, and the most common foundation construction machinery is pile machinery. Due to the wide variety of piling machinery, if the management is not in place to determine whether the impact toughness index of the material meets the standard requirements, it can not be ruled out that mechanical equipment accidents will occur if it was put into use last month. Therefore, it is very necessary to strengthen the safety management of piling machinery in the construction site and carry out the safety inspection of piling machinery. The safety inspection and certification of piling machinery in Nanjing has been carried out for nearly ten years, which has effectively controlled the accident rate of piling machinery in this region and basically eliminated the occurrence of major and malignant accidents. I. main types of pile machinery

1. According to the power type, pile machinery includes electric, hydraulic, fuel, steam and hybrid types

2. According to the production situation, there are: imported, domestic, self-designed, local and foreign

3. According to the type of foundation built, it can be divided into: diesel pile driver, vibratory pile driver, static pile driver, bored pile driver, rotary pile driver, deep mixer, powder jet pile driver, various slotted pile drivers for constructing underground continuous wall, etc

4. According to the walking mode of machinery, there are: track pile machine, pipe pile machine, crawler pile machine, hydraulic walking pile machine, skid pile machine, etc

since 1993, Nanjing has issued the notice on safety inspection of construction machinery at construction sites

II. Testing procedures

1. The inspected unit shall declare to the designated testing machinery and provide the necessary management technical data

2. The testing institution accepts the declaration and agrees on the specific testing time

3. The testing organization reviews the necessary management technical data on site

4. Inspect the piling machinery at the construction site

5. Put forward rectification opinions and draw testing conclusions after testing

6. Recheck after rectification

7. It is not allowed to be used if it is unqualified after examination and certification or testing

8. The declaration contents must include "pile machine safety inspection application form" and "pile machine self inspection form". The main contents of the "pile machine safety inspection declaration form" include: the name of the construction unit, project name, project location, project manager, name and contact of safety officer, pile foundation type, pile machine model, name, origin, etc. "pile machine self inspection form" mainly includes: pile machine model, manufacturer, ex factory date Unified numbering in Nanjing, self inspection and existing problems of steel structure, traveling mechanism, lifting mechanism, working mechanism, hydraulic system, electrical system, safety protection system, rectification and conformity. It shall be signed and sealed by the competent department of equipment safety and the inspector of the unit

9. The inspected unit shall provide management and technical data. The main contents include:

(1) product operation manual and factory certificate. The main contents of the manual should include: main technical performance and structure, installation, disassembly and transportation methods, use and maintenance, and safety technical operation procedures. And provide main attached drawings, including general drawing, electrical schematic diagram, electrical wiring diagram, hydraulic schematic diagram, and structural diagram of main mechanisms. (2) Non standard and self-designed and modified equipment need to have design, calculation and identification data, which shall be reviewed and approved by the unit and the superior technical competent department. (3) License of pile driver, mechanical operator and lifting commander. (4) The construction scheme for pile foundation must include targeted safety construction precautions. (5) Safety technology management system. (6) Equipment maintenance system

III. inspection contents and requirements of piling machinery

1. Check the distance between the piling machine and surrounding buildings, fence facilities, overhead lines and high-voltage lines, understand the geological conditions, underground holes and various pipelines, patrol along the construction scope of the piling machine and the track, and check whether the track laying meets the requirements if there is a track

2. Check whether the appearance, vertical and horizontal of the pile driver meet the requirements, whether the parts are damaged, whether the paint is peeled off and the equipment maintenance condition, whether all parts work normally during the test run, whether there is abnormal noise, and whether the power supply, oil, water and air pressure are normal

3. Detect steel structures, such as drill tower, gantry, tower, opposite rail, jib, pulling device, chassis, structural parts, etc. Inspection content: check the connection of welds, bolts, pin shafts and other parts, and pay attention to the pin shaft positioning chuck or cotter pin. The deformation, damage, corrosion and wear of various structures. In serious cases, a thickness gauge is required to detect the degree of corrosion or wear, and whether various ladders, platforms and guardrails are in good condition

4. Check whether the steel wire rope, rope clamp, pulley, drum, hook and other lifting parts are intact and meet the technical standards. Pay attention to check the cesium safety, the number, direction, spacing and specification of rope clamps, whether the steel wire rope is intact, the rope arrangement of the drum and the fixation of the rope head, and the pulley should be free of defects and rotate freely

5. Check whether the winch, reducer and brake are in good condition and meet the technical standards. The protective cover and rope arrangement of the winch, the oil level height and oil quality of the reducer, the brake should be sensitive and reliable, and the wear of the brake belt should be within the allowable range

6. All transmission mechanisms operate well, and all exposed rotating parts (such as belts, transmission shafts, couplings, split gears, fan blades, etc.) should be protected closely

7. All seals of the hydraulic system, pipeline joints, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders and leakage are within the allowable range, the pressure gauge and oil level gauge work normally, the oil quality meets the requirements, the settlement value of the hydraulic cylinder is within the allowable range, all systems work without abnormal noise, and the pressure is normal

8. Traveling mechanism: the pipe type pile driver should be equipped with safety clips, and the two ends of the track type pile driver should be equipped with travel limit switches and stops, and rail clamping pliers. The laying of sleepers and tracks should meet the requirements

9. Lifting mechanism: the necessary lifting, luffing, weight and torque limits are complete and intact, and the over limit alarm device works normally

10. The appearance of motor, internal combustion engine and other power equipment is intact, running well and working normally

11. Electrical system and lighting: each pile driver must be equipped with a special electrical box, which shall be equipped with an isolating switch, leakage protection device, neutral and grounding protection. The laying standards of power supply lines and cables, all electrical components are intact, sensitive and reliable, and the configuration is correct

12. The cab door, window, lock, lighting, indicator light, instruments, meters and operating system are complete and convenient to operate

13. All working devices such as vibratory hammer, drilling tools, various power heads and hydraulic clamping jacking devices work normally

14. No load test: the whole machine operates normally in forward, backward, steering and attitude adjustment, and all parts are well lubricated without blockage. The Department of carbon fiber composites for foreign aviation has obtained airworthiness certification such as caac/faa/easa through the natural "blood" connection of key components upstream and downstream of the enterprise

15. Operation test (load test): it can meet the technical performance requirements contained in the instructions

IV. rectification opinions, recheck and certificate issuance after pile machinery inspection

1. If the inspection is qualified, the inspection institution shall issue the inspection report and permit to the inspected unit within three days

2. If there are general problems after the inspection, the inspectors shall put forward a written opinion to the inspected unit to be rectified at the construction site. If there are major problems, they shall stop the machine for rectification. The inspected unit shall immediately organize personnel to carry out targeted rectification. After the unit's self-examination, it shall write a written rectification report and submit it to the inspection institution. The inspection institution shall organize re examination within three days, and issue a permit after passing the re examination

3. The law enforcement and inspection personnel of the construction safety supervision department shall be responsible for the supervision and inspection of the testing institution and the inspected unit
