Key points of quality control in the printing process of color crystal glass

color crystal glass used in the two main markets of home decoration and public decoration is printed by silk. Its basic production elements are: plate + ink + printing equipment + drying. Generally, the plate and printing equipment can be replaced, while the key point of variability element control is ink: there are two kinds: 1. Printing ink; 2. Spray ink. Key points for quality control of color crystal glass printing process

I. printing ink (referring to the special ink series for glass fiber printing):

1: color, 12 spot color + dot four color + solution + tintable

2: adhesion, above level 4

test ①: 3M double-sided tape peeled off after finger pressing, and no color marks were found

②: the breaking point of the sample is good, and the inertia nail scratch is free of cracks

3: application: on emulsified (or rough) glass, 783 is diluted and printed directly; When there is back coating after printing on flat (or smooth) glass, it can be printed directly; When printing independently on flat (or smooth) glass without back coating, the real gold plate can be processed by phase change wrapping, thermal insulation and energy storage technology, and% curing agent can be added

4: drying: surface drying for minutes at room temperature and practical drying for hours (self drying). If forced rapid drying and curing, it should be carried out at ° constant temperature for minutes after printing

II. Printing control (precautions in the process of operation when we combine our business with the global trend):

① distance: when printing, the plate should not be close to the glass (substrate), but should be mm

② ink return: after scraping, gently scrape the ink back, and evenly cover the image and text of the plate to avoid drying the plate

③ color matching: adjust the color phase and additives of the ink before printing, and use it after standing for defoaming for about hours

④ test: preset a small proofing plate, test the adjusted ink after small-area trial printing, and start printing after its expected requirements are qualified, so as to avoid the failure of uncertain factors

⑤ version: it is better to choose 80 mesh-200 mesh DPP single silk cloth with tension of ± 2 Newton, and the version made of oil-based photosensitive adhesive or water oil compatible photosensitive adhesive has high printing resistance and good solvent resistance (cleaning) performance, so as to reduce the use cost

III. dilution and cleaning:

1. Matching additives should be selected for ink dilution. It is suitable for 783 slow dry water. It is originally made in Germany. It has good purity and stability, does not affect adhesion, and is conducive to printing operations

2. Plate cleaning. When cleaning and waiting for printing after the completion of single plate printing, use opening water to spray the front and back of the whole plate, and conduct local permeability

3. Defective cleaning: in the process of printing, for unclear or dirty defective products caused by plate or scraping, use non-proliferation traceless cleaner to spray and then scrub to restore and reprint

IV. notes:

1. When using SH series spray back coating ink, it should be equipped with a thermostatic device. It should be dried at 150 ° ~ 170 ° for minutes, and the dilution ratio of oil and water is 2:1, that is, 2kg spray color ink plus 1kg oil and water

2. It is reasonable to spray the silver ink protective film after isolation

3. The hardness of the scraping strip is about ° in summer and autumn, and ° in winter and spring

4. When printing gold powder, silver powder, pearlescent powder and flash powder, first wet the powder with diluent, and then mix it with clear oil to be printed
