Robots will generate 2million jobs in the next eight years
the International Federation of robots (IFR) today announced its latest research, called industrial robots that positively affect employment. This study found that more than 2million jobs will be created in the next eight years, because the pressure testing machine can not only be used for the compressive strength test of cement, but also for industrial robots. Research has proved that robots create jobs, which is a matter of fact. Productivity and competitiveness are indispensable for manufacturing enterprises to succeed in the global market. Robots and automation are the key to solving the problem. Since robots and robots are significant results, automation has reduced some workload, but the research emphasizes that they also create more jobs
research results
robots directly employed 40000 to 60000 jobs. In the global manufacturing industry, each robot created 3 to 5 jobs in 2011
the employment opportunities indirectly created by robots increased to 80000 - 100000 jobs
This is the reason why manufacturers cut cornersit is predicted that robots will create 1.9 million to 3.5 million jobs in the next eight years
when a production job is saved, the factory where the job is located in the whole community is also saved
this study shows that opportunity manufacturers participate in Global Balanced manufacturing and use robots to level the playing field, thereby increasing higher paying jobs
generally speaking, manufacturers in various countries have accepted the use of robots, resulting in greater manufacturing output and reduced unemployment
the research points out the advantages of using robots:
improve manufacturing accuracy
manufacturing production consistency
reduce work-related accidents and injuries
reduce labor costs
automation improves competitiveness and creates new downstream jobs
the application effect of robots is to rebalance the economy of the world's manufacturing industry, so that countries with traditional labor rates can improve their competitiveness in the world market and can't touch the working surface with hands and other objects. Greater competitiveness has led to increased sales of industrial products, thereby increasing the number of manufacturing jobs and creating higher support jobs. The United States is experiencing a shift in manufacturing today. The data provided by the study shows that automation replaces the people who increase output in manufacturing it, creates new markets, and generates downstream work to bring products to the needs of consumers
the adoption rate of robots is rising
manufacturing employment countries are very different, with 11% in the United States, 24% in Germany, and more recently in industrialized countries such as South Korea. Employment in manufacturing as a whole has risen in most countries except Japan. The use level of robots has almost doubled in 11 years of research
robots are applying for new projects in existing manufacturing plants. Robots provide an advantage for improving the efficiency of existing devices, because they can be easily added to improve the operation of machines and production lines without redesign
the key to manufacturing success factors
the key to manufacturing success factors is the adoption of robots. By increasing the use of robots around the world, enterprises of all sizes will be more competitive. Industrial automation also enables enterprises to be more competitive on a global scale, creating more employment opportunities
