Biomass fuel ethanol needs policy guidance

it was learned from the technical and economic seminar on coal/biomass ethanol held in Shanghai recently that after the development of the "Tenth Five Year Plan" and the "Eleventh Five Year Plan", China's biomass fuel ethanol output has "gone up all the way", and remarkable achievements have been made in adhering to the market view in the development of non grain raw materials, reflecting China's own scientific and technological strength. However, after entering the 12th Five Year Plan period, domestic fuel ethanol production showed a downward "inflection point", that is, the output in 2011 was 1.77 million tons, a decrease of 2.7% over the previous year; In 2012, it was about 1.66 million tons, a negative increase of 6.2% over the previous year...
